You can pick up your order from our office located at:

Delivery by courier
Delivery by courier is carried out only in Smolensk. Our courier will deliver the order to the specified address from Monday to Friday from 9: 00 to 18: 00 on the day you choose.
Please note that the courier transfers the product for verification only after payment is made.
- The delivery cost for an order amount of up to 1,000 rubles is 300 rubles.
- If the order amount exceeds 1000 rubles, delivery is free of charge.
- Delivery outside the city of Smolensk is not carried out.
- The minimum delivery time is on the day of the order or the next day.
- The maximum delivery time depends on the availability of the product in stock.
Delivery by Russian Post
The final delivery cost is calculated at the stage of order confirmation. By order of the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation, Russian Post charges VAT of 18% of the cost of the forwarding tariff. Tax is included in the shipping cost. Payment for the order is made only in rubles.

It is possible to make a non-cash payment on the invoice, pay in cash or transfer to a bank card.
Payment and Delivery in Russia
Delivery to the regions of Russia is carried out after receiving by bank transfer 100% prepayment for the goods and delivery. Delivery of goods to another city takes several days from the moment of receipt of funds to our current account.
For individuals who pay via a bank, there is no extra charge for non-cash payments. That is, you will receive an invoice for the amount specified in the catalog + the delivery amount to you.
